Well boys....question if in the midst of transmitting I say I may have lost my ground wire on my 6 pill 2879 lipzipper and now its dead as a hammer......well it turns on but wont key.....whats the chances I smoked the pills? Was working great prior to my whoopsie....
Nothing smells "kooked" so maybe I just had a meldown on the input circuitry??

As such the device is not protected against interference and the parties operating such a device can not seek redress from parties operating radio communication services. In other words they do not get protection from interference and thus must accept interference. Because of this, any part 15 device should be designed to operate robustly under all conditions |

take the lid off and post some pics of the inside
might be something in the keying circuit that couldnt take the amps the ground wire was providing

give me some credit. Theres nothing to see on pics. Nothing is smoked burned melted or otherwise molested.... My best guess is i took out the NPC transistor that controls the keying
